However, we can divulge that the equity came from the previous owner, Jaime De Toro, who sold his participation to NUMATEC,” a spokesperson at Numatec told Portada. According to the spokesperson, “The primary focal points for our strategy will be LatAm and the United States. Here in the States, we will focus on traditionally under-served communities, including Hispanic, African-American, and Asian-American.”

He will leverage this experience to scale the venture by hiring dedicated teams in top Latino markets, including Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, Miami and New York.
